Does Final Destination: Bloodlines have a post-credit scene?

No. Nothing plays mid-credits and nothing plays after the last card — once Bloodlines cuts to black on the train tracks, you can go.

The first stretch of the crawl is doing narrative work, which is rare for this series. Instead of a stinger, Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein run the opening credits over a rolling penny and a spread of newspaper clippings — the same clippings that fill Iris Campbell's survival journal — and the headlines are legible if you read fast. They run from the Flight 180 explosion of the 2000 original through the pile-ups, derailments and bridge collapse of the four films that followed, laid out as one continuous record rather than five unrelated disasters. Read as a set they reframe the franchise: Death was not picking off random survivors across twenty-five years, it was working through a single bloodline, and this is the film that finally says so.

The credits also carry the series' real farewell. Tony Todd played the mortician William Bludworth across five films; he was terminally ill during production, improvised his final monologue to camera, and died in November 2024, six months before release. Bloodlines is dedicated to him in the crawl, which is the closest thing the movie has to an after-credits moment.

There is no sequel hook, and it doesn't need one — the newspaper montage is an open premise generator, handing any future instalment a disaster to pick up without committing to a character. The directors also built the film as a closed circle, opening and closing on the same stretch of track, so a teaser hung off the end would have flattened the design. Leave when the penny stops rolling, or stay for Todd's name. Nothing is hiding at the back.
